Danish is an Associate in our Corporate, E-commerce and Data Protection and Technology Transactions groups. Danish advises clients on a broad range of technology transactions matters, including: software, patent and trademark licensing agreements; joint intellectual property development and joint venture agreements; product development and integration agreements; professional service agreements; Software as a Service agreements; reseller and distribution agreements; data licensing agreements; and e-commerce agreements. Danish also helps social media companies in complying with the local laws governing internet and e-commerce and entertainment space.
His corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions and emerging company venture capital for public and private companies.
Danish is also involved in our alternate dispute resolution and litigation practice groups, specializing in dispute resolution through arbitration, litigation and mediation. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing businesses in complex commercial litigation, including enforcement of commercial agreements, recovery proceedings, shareholders disputes, M&A litigation, and other business disputes.
Danish is enrolled with Punjab Bar Council and is a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association.
