Khadija is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial practices. She combines her diversified experience in the firm’s core practice areas to address the ever-evolving needs of clients from different backgrounds and industries and to offer customized and at the same time, pragmatic legal advice.
Khadija has experience of working with multinational companies, institutions and high net worth individuals on, inter alia, on a wide range of commercial matters, both domestic and cross-border. She is also an expert in all areas of corporate law, covering everything from the incorporation to liquidation. She is a real specialist in advising international companies doing business in Pakistan, especially in the Special Economic Zones, Export Processing Zones and Special Technology Zones and in identifying the most tax-efficient options for the clients.
