Jahanzeb’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and business transactions with an emphasis on creditor rights, insolvency, and real estate matters.
Jahanzeb litigation includes bankruptcy and commercial litigation and representing clients in a wide-range of business, real estate and commercial disputes. He has considerable experience of arbitrating disputes, and has considerable experience dealing with matters involving real estate, bankruptcy, and financial insolvency.
Jahanzeb’s non-contentious work includes business acquisitions and disposals, business formations and structuring, commercial leasing, and real estate purchase and sales. He frequently acts as outside general counsel to clients whom he advises on business, real estate, construction and commercial law and related matters. He specializes in real estate and construction law where he represents owners, developers, and contractors in a wide-range of real estate, construction, and related business matters.
Jahanzeb’s experience includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts, including buy-sell agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, commercial leases, loan and financing agreements, and employment related agreements.
